Throughout the academic school year, all teachers are required to attend training courses and workshops at MAPs headquarters to build their teaching capacity. Courses and workshops are conducted by teaching experts from the University College London (UCL).
Teachers participate in the ‘Teachers and Researchers’ UCL project, whereby teachers learn how to document classroom challenges and theorize and implement solutions. Teachers present their research, theories, and evidence of impact after applying solutions.
Monitoring and evaluating of teachers performance is conducted by MAPs education supervisors; UCL collaborators support the monitoring and evaluating the process.
