Multi-Aid Programs (MAPs) has launched an emergency response campaign for the earthquake survivors that hit Türkiye and Syria. As Syrians in Türkiye, we are obligated to our families in northwest Syria and the country we live in.
Our response aims to assist the affected people in the southeast of Turkey and northwest Syria through different sectors:
Food Security:
Provide several kinds of - ready to eat - meals (hot & high energy content) in disadvantaged areas southeast of Türkiye and northwest Syria. Provide infant milk (under 12 months) to families who lost their houses and struggle with breastfeeding (orphans prioritized) in northwest Syria.
Health:
Provide medication kits for traumatic patients (surgical operations & ICUs) for the most overwhelmed central hospitals by earthquake injuries in northwest Syria.
Shelter and Heating:
Rehabilitate partially destroyed houses northwest of Syria, resisting cold weather and securing privacy, dignity, and security.
